Much like a rock being thrown into a still and quiet pond, life happens.
Just one pebble has the ability to disrupt everything. Pebbles, rocks, and boulders show up in the form of things like lies, infidelity, addiction, trauma, grief, and abuse. The effect leaves us feeling scared, heartbroken, desperate, frustrated, and confused.
But, it doesn’t have to be this way.
